not walking, but exercising

I've been to the "gym" a lot since the beginning of the year with a week off to get over a nasty cold. Three days last week and once on Monday. I've nearly lost the 6 or so pounds I put on over the holidays. Now, to make some real progress, I should stop having chocolate cupcakes for a mid-morning snack.

Walking More

So, as the title says.... I've been walking more.
I doubt anyone's paying attention to this blog anymore...

On Sunday I walked to the Co-op and back home (needed eggs and milk and stuff).
Then I walked with Mike and the dog on Monday.
And again last night w/ Mike and the dog.

I was hoping to get up early this morning and walk w/ Mike and the dog again, but alas, my butt was too lazy... I do plan on walking tonight though.
Maybe tomorrow morning will work out....
