Yep, fat.

I finally got on a scale the other day. I tried both of the ones in Mom and Dad's room. One said 234 and the other said about 225 (it was the wheel-y type with small numbers).
Which one do you think I like? How 'bout neither!

I haven't walked lately, but yesterday I did some shoveling and then we planted seeds in starter flats, and I vacuumed. Not that these are "exercise" per se, but whatever. (I also painted a fairly nice painting).

Anyway.

Stacie gave me my very own pedometer yesterday, which, of course, I completely forgot to take with me when I left her place last night, but at least I have one now!

More Walking

Went for another walk yesterday. Not sure on the distance, as Stacie has misplaced her pedometer. But we left at 1:30 and returned at 3:30. Based on our previous walks we probably went a little under 5 miles. (and my feet know it today!).

I'm back....

I'm not sure if either of you are still paying attention to this, but as I have started making improvements to my life, I thought I'd start jotting some stuff down.

I've gone for three walks in the last 2 weeks. On the 10th I (with Mike, Stacie, and Tom) went for a roughly 2 mile walk. On Tuesday the 15 we went for a walk a little over 3 miles, and yesterday Stacie and I walked another 2.55 miles. :)

I'm feeling good. I believe we have another walk scheduled for tonight.

I haven't weighed myself, but for now I'm okay with not knowing numbers. I think that would just discourage me anyway.
