I still haven't weighed myself. And I'm not sure if that's because I'm sleepy in the mornings and not thinking of it or if it's some subconscious thing I'm doing so that I don't have to deal with the large number I'm sure will be looming out of the tiny clear window between my plump toes. (nice imagery, huh?).
Anyway, I'm trying to eat better, but so far it isn't working all that well.
Today I had a 12 ounce coffee, a peanut butter and fluff sandwich on white toast, and a bowl of Golden Grahams. For my beverage w/lunch I had/am having 24 ounces of green apple Kool-aid.
Not entirely healthy, but better than doritos and m&m's, right?

Try wheat bread instead of white. It will keep you fuller longer.

I like it. But, what do I know, I'm currently skipping lunch today and had chicken cutlet wraps yesterday and Monday.
I actually like wheat bread better than white. it feels lighter. you just have to find bread that doesn't have that much wheat stuff on top.
